Retort Pouch/Microwavable Pouch

Retort pouch is a type of food packaging made from laminated structure materials which can be heat treated.  It has the advantages of both canned containers and resistant to boiling water plastic bags.  It allows the sterile packaging of a wide variety of food and drink handled by aseptic processing, and it is replaced of traditional canning packaging. Mostly used for ready to eat products such as meat, sauce, fish, or some other liquid product. The pouch can be heated to 120-135 °C. Therefore, it is also called "soft can". After more than a decade of use proved that it is an ideal selling packaging container.

Microwavable Pouch does not contain the aluminum layer as its barrier property. Microwavable Pouch contains a special polyester film, which has a comparable barrier property to that of the aluminum layer.To provide convenience for today’s busy consumers, Microwavable Pouch is produced in a stand-up pouch format so as to allow consumers to microwave and eat straight out of Microwavable Pouch.

To solve consumer’s inconvenience, Microwavable Pouch comes equipped with an automatic opening system during the microwave process. There is no need to leave open any parts of Microwavable Pouch/film before heating in microwave. Microwavable Retort pouch/film that will be well ventilated and food packed within Microwavable retort pouch/film, started to heat up.
